If your query concerns an order you have placed with us or a product you have purchased from the Just Flight website, log in to our Support section with your account details and submit a ticket via the form.

If you have a problem with the ordering process, obtaining your product or key code issues you will need to contact the seller directly.

For your security and privacy, we will never ask for your Just Flight account password or full payment card details and we will never ask to control your computer remotely in order to investigate an issue. While assisting a customer we may ask for screenshots or video clips showing the issue, this data will be handled as per your other personal data, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
