We're proud to present our first in-house add-on for Microsoft Flight Simulator – the PA-28R Arrow III!
Following on from award-winning GA add-ons in Flight Simulator X, Prepar3D, X-Plane 11 and Aerofly FS 2, this highly detailed simulation of the PA-28R Arrow III has been developed by Just Flight's in-house team following comprehensive, hands-on research with a real-life Arrow III, G-BGKU, based at Conington Airfield. Already a very popular aircraft on other platforms, we are exciting to bring you this incredibly detailed rendition of the Arrow III, complete with realistic wear and tear and cockpit configuration.
The PA-28R Arrow III is a four seater, piston-engine aircraft equipped with a retractable tricycle landing gear and constant-speed propeller – an ideal aircraft for touring and instrument training. The aircraft is flown all around the world and this add-on reflects that global popularity. Including our UK research aircraft, G-BGKU, the package features eleven liveries from the USA, Canada, UK, France, Switzerland, Australia and Germany.
The PA-28R Arrow III for Microsoft Flight Simulator features a native model and 4096 x 4096 PBR materials for the highest possible texture detail and clarity.

Accurately modelled PA-28R-201 Arrow III, built using real-world aircraft plans and comprehensive photography of the real aircraft
Numerous animations including passenger door, baggage door, cockpit storm window, sun visors and oil cover

As the release of our PA-28R Arrow III draws closer here's another work in progress video showing off the latest build – model, textures, door/cockpit/gear animations, engine and some custom sounds (although they are WIP), EFB functions and some other avionics, engine start sequence and cockpit night lighting.
Note the FDE and custom sounds are all WIP at this stage, will be updated soon and certainly prior to release.

All liveries are now complete for the PA-28 for MSFS. Here are the remaining set in their fuill splendour. This means all visual work other than minor mods and tweaking is now complete. Have a scroll through to find your favourite livery amongst this lot.

Just a quick update for you - Here are some pics showing the progress and new features added recently. A brand new EFB tablet has been added, providing controls for aircraft states and configuration, door control and flight information. It now features GNS 430 and 530 integration, and a brand new HSI for more accurate navigation. The pics also show the ground equipment (chocks, tie-downs and towbar) which can also be controlled via the EFB.

Just a quick update for you following the recent unveiling of our PA-28R Arrow in MSFS. Here are some screenshots showing the incredibly detailed model and pin-sharp textures that are possible within MSFS. Our in-house development team are busy making the Arrow III look as spectactular as possible using the latest MSFS technology. Work continues on the Arrow III for MSFS, and we are making great progress bringing the model and PBR textures up to the very best visual quality in the simulator, and have the aircraft systems approximately 70% complete. Work is also underway on the flight dynamics and sounds and we are excited at the great results we are experiencing and the results we have seen so far in MSFS, which we will be sharing soon via in-development video previews so be sure to keep an eye out for those. For Dev Entry number one we just wanted to show you some initial screenshots of the PA-28R III Arrow within Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020. Hope you'll agree it's looking rather tasty. We're still exploring the coding side of things so can’t commit to specific functionality yet but obviously our aim is to equal or hopefully emulate the current versions that have proved so popular and succesful over the past few years.
