Project Coders and Development Assistant
18 May 2021

Just Flight is looking to expand its flight simulation development team:

Project Coders

Are you someone with experience in developing freeware or payware software for Prepar3D, X-Plane 11 or other sims? Have you ever wanted to turn your hobby into a career?

Do you want to earn as you develop and be a part of a passionate and dedicated team of flight simulation enthusiasts, whilst retaining flexibility (working hours, location etc.)?

Just Flight’s in-house development team has continued to grow in recent years, with a focus on developing for Prepar3D, X-Plane 11 and now MSFS.

We are currently looking for coders to assist us with our hugely varied development work, from GA to airliners and utilities such as Traffic, in either a full or part-time capacity.

Experience in C++ gauge programming is preferable, although experience with comparable languages will be considered. Experience with GDI+, Lua, MSFS or the Prepar3D PDK would be beneficial.

Development Assistant

Are you a flight simulation enthusiast with good organisational skills?

We are seeking a full-time Development Assistant to help with management of our many exciting projects. This new role involves:

  • Assisting with project management, including handling new builds, passing assets from modellers to livery artists and liaising with freelance developers.
  • Managing testing by uploading new test builds, relaying testing feedback and monitoring progress.
  • Assisting the marketing team by supplying marketing content such as screens, text and video of ongoing projects.
  • Communicating development progress to the community, by posting dev previews on forums, replying to questions on social media etc.

If either of these roles sounds interesting to you, please contact Just Flight for more details.

Just Flight’s head office is in Huntingdon, UK, but our development team are based remotely and we are pioneers in the concept of flexible working.
