The first review of our recently released
VC10 Professional - Standard, Super & RAF collection for P3D and FSX appears in the new issue of
PC Pilot magazine (No. 122, July/August) and we were delighted to see it get the magazine's Classic Award with a score of 90/100.
Among other features, the reviewer complimented the aircraft sounds (
"a high-quality soundset that captures the distinctive roar of the Conway engines perfectly"), the Flight Engineer's station (
"highly functional") and the flight modelling (
"the aircraft is stable and a joy to fly").
He concludes that VC10 Professional is
"an excellent representation of an iconic British 1960s airliner with an authentic cockpit and complex systems, which is backed up by a realistic flight model."
