The latest issue of PC Pilot (No. 107 - Jan/Feb 2017) arrived today and we were very pleased to get a couple of early Christmas presents in the shape of Classic Product awards for two of our recently released FSX/P3D add-ons - the
TB-10 Tobago & TB-20 Trinidad and the
One-Eleven 300/400/500, with scores of 93/100 and 90/100 respectively.
The review of the
TB-10 Tobago & TB-20 Trinidad, developed by Just Flight's in-house development team, includes the following comments:
"I've really enjoyed flying these aircraft and have no complaints about them at all. They are a pleasure to fly, include every possible navigation aid you might need and look beautiful. I also found them to have no more impact on performance than the default aircraft which is unusual for such a detailed model."
"The cockpit is very well equipped, with a comprehensive set of fully operational and superbly modelled instruments."
"The external modelling is of a very high standard, with all the little details that turn a pretty good rendition into an excellent one."
"Unlike most FS aircraft, the Just Flight TBs have special features to simulate the operation of a real aircraft. For example, the engine oil, fuel quantities and battery voltage is recorded during your flights and restored when you next load the aircraft."
If you like the sound of that, take the Demo aircraft for a flight!
The
One-Eleven 300/400/500 review concludes that,
"Aeroplane Heaven has reproduced the BAC One-Eleven to a very good standard" and the reviewer mentions the textures (
"crisp and sharp regardless of how close you scrutinise the aircraft") and the flight dynamics (
"I would say they've recreated the flight characteristics to the letter.")
