Black Square's new
Starship for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020/2024 is now on sale!
When the developer, Nick Cyganski, says that the
Starship is his "favourite aircraft of all time", you can be certain that he has produced something very special indeed!
His new Starship is one of the most technically advanced aircraft simulations for MSFS, with over 230 possible failures, an accurate recreation of the one-of-a-kind Collins AMS-850 avionics suite and the most advanced pressurisation and cabin temperature simulations in MSFS. Avionics and instrument panel temperatures are simulated and require the proper management of cooling systems for continued operation.
Black Square’s new tablet interface lets you configure all options, manage payload, control failures, and monitor engines, electrical schematics and environmental control systems, all from within the simulator.
The Starship’s electrical system is Black Square's most accurate yet, and all aircraft systems were created with reference to over 10,000 pages of documentation and input from real Starship owners!
Users can choose whether to fly with modern GPS capabilities that have been added to the original AMS-850, with autopilot coupling to a GNS430 for modern approach, departure and arrival capabilities, or with only the original Starship's navigational functionality, including VLF and Omega radio navigation.
See the Black Square - Starship page for full details of the exceptional depth of this simulation, more screenshots and videos.
