How do I place an order?

Placing an order

It is easy to place an order via our website using our simple to use secure checkout - you don't even need an account to place an order!

Simply add the items you want to the basket by clicking on the 'Buy' button on the product page.

On the basket page we give you the option to enter a voucher code and also to 'save your basket for later' - a great way to temporarily keep the items in your basket but come back later in the day or on another device such as a tablet or your desktop PC.

Our secure checkout takes you through the simple steps of placing an order, including asking you for your contact details, preferred payment method, and for existing customers who have saved Just Rewards points there is an option to use the points towards payment for the order.

Orders with Boxed items are also given the choice of using a different delivery address and selecting an available delivery service.

As soon as you place an order we'll confirm the order number on screen and send you an automated order confirmation email.
