How do I create an account?

I cannot create an account

We no longer require you to create an account before placing an order. Our system now automatically creates an account for you when you place your first order via the website.

Simply place an order via our secure checkout and you'll receive an automated order confirmation email containing details of how to access your purchases if they are Downloads, or confirmation of the dispatch method for Boxed products.


I think I've ordered before, but don't know my password

If you are an existing Just Flight or Just Trains customer and can't remember your password, please use the Password Reset to attempt a reset. If you are not able to reset your password, simply checkout as a new customer and we'll automatically create an account for you once you have placed your order.
