For answers to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), product updates or to request technical support for a specific Just Flight product, please select a product from the list below.

New Download system - On 21st December 2009 Just Flight and Just Trains upgraded the system whereby products are unlocked on users' PCs to a much more user-friendly system that doesn't require complicated keycodes. You simply enter, when prompted, your e-mail address and password from your Just Flight or Just Trains customer account and the product unlocks automatically. As with the earlier system you can re-install on the same PC as often as you like without the need to unlock. You can install on up to three different PCs or re-format the same PC three times, after which we may require an administration fee to provide further unlocks. Obviously, if you have any technical problems that require you to re-unlock we don't expect you to pay a fee - simply contact our Support team and we'll do our best to assist.

757 Captain - v4.4 Update
(23 April 2010)

Major update which should be installed by all users of 757 Captain.

767-200/300 Series  - Bonus Livery Pack (16 April 2010)
Additional FREE liveries for all versions of our 767-200/300 Series add-on (Boxed & Download, FSX & FS2004).

Air Hauler Service Pack 3.9 (26 February 2010)
This Service Pack includes some great new features such as a chatroom and Twitter integration, along with several improvements and fixes. It includes ALL previous updates, and users of both the Boxed and Download versions should install it.
