If your query concerns an order you have placed with us or a product you have purchased from the Just Flight website, log in to our Support section with your account details and submit a ticket via the form.
Please provide the information requested as comprehensively as you can.

Orders and purchases from other stores (i.e. other websites, Steam or MSFS Marketplace)
If you have a problem with the ordering process, obtaining your product or key code issues you will need to contact the seller directly.

Information about Just Flight products
If you would like to ask us something about a Just Flight product which is available to purchase, please email support@justflight.com.
You may be able to find the answer to your question on the Just Flight community forum, where other customers discuss our products.
Unfortunately, we cannot answer queries about products under development.

If you have a query about something which is not product-related (the Just Flight website, for example, or the emails which we send out to customers), send an email to enquiries@justflight.com and we will get back to you.
Please note we are unable to offer telephone support.
For your security and privacy, we will never ask for your Just Flight account password or full payment card details and we will never ask to control your computer remotely in order to investigate an issue. While assisting a customer we may ask for screenshots or video clips showing the issue, this data will be handled as per your other personal data, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
