The Waco YMF-5 is a classic three seat biplane which has been constructed by WACO Classic Aircraft since 1986. The aircraft was originally designed and produced by the Waco Aircraft Company of Ohio in the 1930s. Fifty years after the company ceased trading this variant was brought back into production using the original aircraft plans. Originally used for pilot training and recreational flying, the Waco YMF-5 is commonly used for sightseeing, providing people with the opportunity to experience the joys of open cockpit flight.
