I purchased the download version of the 757 Professional between 21/12/2009 and 11/01/2010 and I can't install the v1.3 update.

I cannot see any text on the displays in the 757

Please download the two fonts using the links below and save them to your desktop

Next go to Control Panel and open the Fonts Folder.

Vista Users:

Right click inside the Fonts folder and select "Install New Fonts" from the menu that appears.
When the Install New Fonts window appears, select the location that you downloaded the fonts to and then click on "Install" once they appear in the Found Fonts window.

XP Users

When in the Fonts folder go to File and select "Install New Fonts" from the menu that appears.
When the Install New Fonts window appears, select the location that you downloaded the fonts to and then click on "Install" once they appear in the Found Fonts window.

FSUIPC Warning Error

Users who have updated their FS2004 installation to version 9.1 need to ensure they have the latest version of FSUIPC installed. Please download the FSUIPC tool from here and run the program which will automatically update FSUIPC to the latest version.

Whenever I try and load the aircraft, Flight Simulator crashes

Unfortunately it appears that there is a conflict between the Captain Sim 757 and this product. This conflict will cause Flight Simulator to crash upon attempting to load the PSS 757.

You can rest assured that there are NO viruses, worms, spyware or Trojans in any of our programs. However, some virus protection programs can sometimes identify the executable files in software installers as viruses. We recommend you install the latest virus definition update from your anti-virus provider. I purchased the download version of the 757 Professional between 21/12/2009 and 11/01/2010 and I can't install the v1.3 update.

Please re-download and install the 757 Professional software again using the link in the email sent to you at the time of purchase. If you purchased a download after 11/01/2010 your software is already version 1.3 and you do not need to install this update.
Users of the boxed version of the 757 Professional still need to install this update

Please note that if you purchased the download version the 757 Professional after 11/01/2010 then your software is already version 1.3 and you do not need to install this update. Owners of the boxed version still need to install this update.

This download updates the 757 Professional software to version 1.3 (the latest version of the software).

Installation:

This update can be installed into either the boxed or download versions of the Just Flight 757 Professional. Once the update has downloaded, click on the file to run the update and then follow the on-screen instructions. Users of the boxed version will need to have the 757 Professional disc in the drive when running the update.
