Just Flight Rescue Pilot screenshot competition - terms & conditions

Before entering the competition, you will be presumed to have read and accepted the following information:

1) The organizer and promoter of this competition is Just Flight of 2 Stonehill, Stukeley Meadows, Huntingdon, Cambs. PE29 6ED (the “Arranger”).

2) The winner will be chosen by the staff of Just Flight.

3) The closing date of this competition is November 30 2007.

4) The winner will win the prize specified on the competition Web page.

5) No cash alternative or transfer of prizes will be allowed. The Arranger reserves the right to replace the competition prize with one of equal value.

6) The Arranger will contact the prize-winner by e-mail.

7) The prize-winner must acknowledge his/her acceptance of the prize to the Arranger within 14 days of notification by the Arranger otherwise an alternative winner may be drawn from the remaining entries.

8) If the Arranger is unable to contact the winner within 14 days of the notification or if the winner fails to comply with any of the eligibility requirements, an alternate winner shall be drawn from the remaining entries.

9) No admission fee or purchase is necessary to participate.

10) The decisions of the Arranger’s judging committee concerning all matters related to this competition are final.

11) The Arranger will not engage itself to any communication on the procedural issues or the results of the competition.

12) The competition is not open to employees (or their families) of the Arranger, their affiliates or agents.

14) To the extent permitted by law the Arranger expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use of the prize awarded.

15) This competition is subject to the laws of England & Wales.

16) The creator of the winning screenshot agrees that the image can be used on the product artwork, advertising and all other promotional/publicity materials associated with Rescue Pilot: Mission Pack.
